Our prices (and cancellation fees) are very competitive and reasonable, but are subject to change without notice. Please inquire for current rates.

We wish to remind you however, that you get the suite all to yourself (or your group or family), when you stay at Sugar Maple.   You will not be sharing the apartment, as we do not rent to different parties or groups of individuals at the same time.   The price you pay entitles you or your family/group to have exclusive use of the apartment.

Babies and children are very welcome.   Those under 3 years of age stay for free, while those between 3 and 12 years of age pay half price.  We offer discounts to guests who stay a week or longer, guests who are 'repeat' visitors and guests who pay by cash.   There are special discounted rates for stays of one (1) month or longer.  Normally we do not accept stays of less than two (2) nights; but if we do, the rates are higher.   Here again, please inquire.

The largest group we can accept at one time is 6, but exceptions can be made if additional guests are very young children or babies.

No deposit is required to hold the reservation, but the reservation must be secured with a valid credit card number.   VISA, Mastercard and AMEX are accepted.   Final payment must be made by credit card, traveller's cheques (Cdn $) or cash, at the time of departure.   Payment by interac or personal cheque is not possible.

Fees will be levied should you have to cancel within 90 days of your reservation, fail to show up without notifying us or, leave the suite before your scheduled departure date.   Cancellation fees will not apply if other guests can fill the entire period you reserved for or, if you reserve for the same length of time at a later date.   Details of all cancellation fees are available upon request.   It is your responsibility to inquire ahead of time.

Check-in time is between 3 PM and 6 PM and check-out time is 11 AM.   Arrangements can be made for earlier or later arrivals and departures as long as sufficient notification is given and provided the suite is ready.   Please inquire.
